Sojade Building a strong community in Germany

Sojade is a brand of Triballat Noyal, a French organic products manufacturer that specializes in alternatives to dairy products made from soy and hemp. The company was founded in 2002 and since then produces mainly soy alternatives to yogurt in different flavors. Sojade products can be found exclusively in organic markets.

For Sojade, we have been managing the online communication on Facebook since the end of 2020. Within 6 months, we were able to reach the goal of 4 million reach through organic posts and ads. In May 2021, we launched the Sojade_de Instagram account and were able to reach our jointly set goal of 700 followers within 4 months with the help of feed and story posts tailored specifically to the target group. In the meantime, we have built up a community on both platforms, with whom we are regularly in lively exchange through posts and stories.

Sojade wanted to find out which new products might be exciting for the German target group. We created round tables with Sojade's core target groups and implemented a survey and analysis lasting several hours. For this, we already created first products including packaging designs to find out which ingredients, names and designs appeal most to the potential buyers. We organized the round tables together with Sojade and a partner from the organic trade publishing house and led the discussion with the participants. Afterwards, we evaluated the conversations using pre-determined metrics and summarized the most valuable insights with key messages to provide our client with a good basis for their decision.
